5. Ask Ava and Artificial Intelligence Features

SKYTEK may provide an AI-powered website assistant known as Ask Ava, powered by Saava, a SKYTEK technology.

When you interact with Ask Ava, the system may process:

  • Questions you type
  • Statements or requests you make
  • Voice audio, when you choose to activate microphone functionality
  • Conversation context
  • Website pages or services relevant to your request
  • Contact information you voluntarily provide
  • Information necessary to complete requested actions such as scheduling, lead capture, or communications

Voice Processing
Microphone access is not required merely to browse the SKYTEK website.

When you choose to use Ask Ava’s voice functionality, your browser will request microphone permission. Voice audio may be transmitted and processed in real time by SKYTEK and the technology providers used to deliver the voice and AI experience.

Unless a recording feature is specifically enabled and separately disclosed, voice audio is intended to be processed transiently during the conversation rather than retained as an audio recording. If SKYTEK enables recording of an experience, we will provide additional notice and obtain consent where required before recording begins

AI Service Providers
Depending on system configuration, technology providers supporting Ask Ava may include:

  • Microsoft Azure
  • Microsoft Application Insights
  • Microsoft Graph (scheduling and communications, where applicable)
  • ElevenLabs
  • HeyGen
  • OpenAI
  • Anthropic

These providers may process information necessary to deliver hosting, telemetry, voice processing, avatar streaming, artificial intelligence responses, and related functionality.

SKYTEK does not use the content of Ask Ava conversations to train third-party AI models.

AI-generated responses may contain errors and should not be relied upon as professional, legal, medical, financial, or other regulated advice.

6. Analytics and Advertising

With appropriate consent where applicable, SKYTEK may use analytics and advertising technologies including:

Google
Google technologies may be used for tag management, website analytics, advertising measurement, conversion tracking, and advertising.

Meta
Meta technologies, including the Meta Pixel where enabled, may be used to measure website activity, campaign performance, and advertising effectiveness.

LinkedIn
The LinkedIn Insight Tag or similar LinkedIn technologies may be used for advertising measurement, audience analytics, and campaign performance.

Metricool
Metricool may be used to measure website, marketing, social, or campaign performance.

SKYTEK configures nonessential analytics and marketing technologies according to applicable consent and privacy preferences.

Where required, you may opt out of these activities through our Cookie Settings control or other privacy controls provided on the website.

Where required by applicable law, SKYTEK treats browser-based opt-out preference signals, such as the Global Privacy Control (GPC), as a valid request to opt out of these activities.

  • Conversation information or lead information generated through Ask Ava may be retained where reasonably necessary to respond to a request, provide a service, maintain business records, or meet legal obligations.
When information is no longer reasonably required, we may delete, anonymize, or aggregate it.
